FS models have a solid structure in aluminium and dust painted panels.
Heart of the machine is a M.F. induction power system of new generation, silent and able to fast melting.
Machine is controlled by an integrated microprocessor for:

- Control of power system
- Set up and control of melting temperature
- Control of used power
- Acoustic signals and alarms
- Max standard temperature of 1250°C, Max temperature of 1400°C (optional on request)

Tilting furnace is made by a tilting head where coil is placed. It is connected with M.F. induction system by two copper cables cooled by water. Power system lies is in syndanio (asbetos free) and alluminium. Rotation takes place on two points by a motor-reducer.
A remote controller controls furnace.
Return back to starting positions is automatic.
