ANNEALING FURNACES

"FR" Model

Our annealing furnaces are made by a tubular frame and panels with louvers for air exchange, Tubular system makes general maintenance interventions easier.

Resistances and special refractory insulating panels, with high thermal features, make up heating muffles. Special stainless steel heating chambers can resist to strong temperature changes. Some nozzle inside of the chamber let protection gas go in. A burner placed in front of chamber’s way in avoids entrance of oxygen and improves deoxidation.

A stainless steel pale lies inside. When metal is annealed you just push the pale till the bottom of cooling chamber and throw it in the water tub for  instantaneous cooling ( or let it lie in the cooling chamber to get cool in a longer time). Treated material is recovered from tub manually or by a pneumatic piston (optional).

A microprocessor controls all parameters: starting and stopping time, daily and weekly programs, temperatures… A memory with 50 programs is available.

On request ammonia dissociator or Hydrogen/Nitrogen mixer can be supplied.

BELT FURNACES

"FN" Model

Our furnaces are equipped with 2 heating chambers which work with separated heating zones separated setting of temperatures. Furnaces are made by a tubular frame and panels with louvers for air exchange. Tubular system makes general maintenance interventions easier. Resistances and special refractory insulating panels, with high thermal features, make up heating muffles. Special stainless steel heating chamber can resist to strong temperature changes. Some internal sliding blocks avoid wear and tear of chamber because of belt running. Cooling chamber is cooled by water. A flange keeps together the chambers and a nozzle on it let gas go inside. Two burners, placed in front of both extremities of tunnel, avoid entrance of oxygen and improve deoxidation.

A microprocessor controls all parameters: starting and stopping time, daily and weekly programs, temperatures, belt speed…. A memory with 50 programs is available.
