OPC is the series of casting machines, with melt in protected condition by using hermeting closing.
Aluminium melting chamber is cooled by water.
Cover can be closed manually or by pneumatic pistons (depending on model).
A glass window allows operator to see melting process. Protection of metal during melting process takes place by injection of Argon or Nitrogen in the chamber and casting chamber can be done). Another point of gas injection is between melting chamber and casting chamber, where pressure on just-melted tree guarantees a good result.
Both kinds of ccylinder, with and without flange, can be employed on OPC models, using different sets of gaskets (in aluminium and o-rings; or in silicon).
All electronic components are separated from the rest of the machine in a special case. Control panel is complete of printer and has a memory to stock 80 or 100 working programs (depending on machine model).
